you wouldn't use nanite for mobiles. Lumen doesnt work on mobiles, yet. There are some new mobile setups that might be able to do something with it soon, but not yet. Nanite is more for high end hardware

BP is high level, have higher overhead, and with stock functions it can be limiting, but it has faster iteration time and easier asset referencing
C++ is low level, have much lower perf overhead, and you can do almost anything with it, but iteration can be slow, and asset referencing is much harder

One ideal use case would be to have C++ class do the hard work, and have BP inheriting from it tweaking the values and referencing assets.

You can also use BP for prototyping, to get a proof of concept, before hand translating it into C++ code
