one of the spine bones didnt exist on my MMD model, or at least it wasnt the way that UE4 does it. specifically "spine_03". so one of the spine bones on my Mio model atm is pretty much left with no weights attached to it. hoping this wont be an issue later but it prolly will lol. I may have to reweight her entire torso area if thats the case. we'll see I suppose..

Figured I could still not rely on post process, so I tried doing camera offset trick, and voila.
