Most modern freesyncs I think can work with nvidias too. In general, however stick to what your gpu supports.

I think the "x has bad viewing angle" is a bit of a myth nowadays... I bought a cheaper 27" monitor to complement my stupidly expensive IPS panel one and the cheaper one has entirely sufficient viewing angles
