it's that sit back and soak up the funds mentality from the online part that gets me. No DLC for single player was an affront to the fans who didn't want to get hacked and told to get several second jobs in the online part. I mean, I like online, but it's a chore at best. Especially trying to earn enough to get the bunker and vehicles that you need to do the jobs that are a chore. They should have given the offline fans something along the way but instead they add a few generic graphical updates, call it "next gen" and sell it full price again.

that 1 brick in memory is tiny compared to a 4K displacement map, its 10mb so I can have 6 bricks for the same cost or in the case of 8K is more like 26
ideally though you want the mesh to be able to be updated in engine and baked on demand to save having to hand make each brick

the engine comes with HLSL, not GLSL, so the plugin helps to create the node and auto read and reload it, what is a time saver, but isn't a conversor
Actually you can do that directly without that plugin but need to make a folder for the materials and put them the engine extension
then you link these into the Custom Node
and isn't auto at all, so this plugin helps a lot with that and is awesome that Phy set it for free for all you know, nice work dude
