I think better. UE5 has Lumen and Nanite. The first one provides new global illumination in real time that was previously impossible with decent framerates. The second one has made possible to have huge models with full textures without a big performance hit, which was also impossible before.

Yeah, the physics tool doesn't like things being pushed into the ground it seems. I'll say this though, their discord support is on the ball.

That's pretty much I take away too. It's actually FUN to mess around with, it's quick to test out things and just as fast to tweak keyframes, add more or remove 'tween frames [select keyframe and press + / -] In other apps I've always given up after a few mins as it was a PITA to get to grips with.

Yup. me too. I was in the closed beta from pretty much when it started but didn't have the time or the motivation to use it then. It's improved a lot since then and glad they went down the free to indies path.
