not sure what you mean by lerp paint. you can use Proportional Editing with vertex painting though. If you enable it, then use the shortcut C to scale an area to pain with it should be proportional with it. Unless you mean something else

they are better when youre already moving, you can still get alot of boost from a supercharger so you use the electric to get to where you need to be

You get a pretty linear increase in power... whereas with a proper turbo setup... you can get a pretty flat band of power... you just have to manage the lag portion... which, if you're racing, you should know how to do
And adding electric to it... shouldn't be an issue... also when you throw that many gears at the damned thing, you can't really be in that "pulling a vacuum" zone very much

I made an official complaint about it and was told "Don't rock the boat". That truly pissed me off. Less than 6 months later I was working there teaching databases and working in the network department as an engineer. They did everything they could to hold me back because I was improving systems and didn't slack. Made them look bad. When the department head was sick, I took over his job until he came back. Then when I had the interview for an upgrade, they fobbed me off for a guy who was caught hacking the network and kicked off his course. That made me quit.

it does some pre-viz work in terms of storing some info about initial lighting and obviously the separate parts means cleaner information stored per part where enclosed meshes would probably downscale that resolution of data

Something I think would be nice is a manual cutting tool for the Fracturing. Instead of selecting some voronoi algorithm, having something that marks the edges you want to separate, then applies a material which keeps the information for chaos auto-fracture
