When your business grows and you eventually become incorporated, there are requirements of a minimum number of directors, partners, etc. That's necessary for security, stability, investor confidence, yada yada. It's difficult to find 'friends' to be directors and nominees, when you spend most of your time growing your business, being a geek, nerd, etc.
That's why governments don't frown upon using your family members in those positions. If it works out for your business, even better.
On the flip side, companies have been broken in half and shattered because of bitter family disputes. It's a fun drama while it lasts.
It MIGHT change in the future, though. Today, there are organisations that 'provide' directors and nominees. That's illegal in some countries, but not in others.

The FPS isn't really noticeable in slow/normal movement games, RPGs, etc.
You see it easily with particle effects, fire effects, animated texture smoothness.

Good luck finding the right time to do it when it comes to residential areas, or busy business thoroughfares. Renovating sewage pipes, roads, and electric lines causes so much disruption, it just makes people VERY, VERY angry.
