yeah act 2 can feel like a bit of a chore if you just played the whole of act 1 as that act is full of content. But Act2 is actually better in a way. I'm still partway through Act 3 but I had to stop because I had long-hauled it and I didn't want to burn out on the game. So I will come back at some point. It was getting really cool too

I made a drone I was going to sell on FAB. Comes with it's own RVO system (avoidance) and it's modular, uses metasounds for custom engine types. Its pretty cool. Never released it though because I'm a spanner.

I grew up religious, like highly religious. Eventually I lost my faith but some part of me still believes there is a divine plan for everything. I wrote 'cave story' even though I meant animal well, my brain is not braining.

Cave story looks interesting, I'll have to check it out sometime, Dead Cells I own and played many times but I kinda suck at it and never finished it, I also think like that although it is technically a metroidvania it is more prominently a roguelite, it like plays like a roguelite with all the timed rewards and stuff, doesn't let you 'chill' quite like a metroidvania game.

yeah I was considering buying it, might do so in the future.

I think Hollow knight/Silksong are just so unique and full of vibes that other games kinda don't feel as inviting, like HK has super 'cute' art but in like a bizarre way and then you see actual kittens and you're like "no I'm into bugs now", can't explain it.

I could barely put my hands off of it until I finished i t, I'm still like watching speed runs on youtube, and of course I did another full run of HK right after finishing silksong.

Silksong is also like a very huge game. even once you've seen all act 2 maps you really haven't seen everything.
