Then you can easily prove your way.
Also, contact the LLM model generator and get permission to use their content commercially.
For this, it is better to use offline LLMs.
I did that for my book.
And, PAY the AI creator - to be grateful and appreciative, AND to create a paper trail that is OFFICIAL.

Im honestly not too happy with the image quality of the renderer in motion in these newer builds. It was already pretty bad with some of the AO ghosting in UE4 but its steadily getting worse with Nanite and Lumen, fast moving objects can almost blur entirely and end up a smudge of pixels. Im also noticing alot more moire type patterns within the texture compression and d-buffer
its definitely not TAA or TSR, you need a clean image under those
TAA definitely doesnt help but its a combination of the post effects which is leading to quite alot of smearing

It's not 'taken' per se. Win 11 allocates that RAM as required to whatever needs it. No worries, your programs will get that mem if they need it.
It's not locked or anything.
To verify, try running an offline LLM.
