I think setting the palette generation to clusters improves it, but it also seems to fail every time I try to use it. It did output a gif, but it had the "media offline" thing at the end where it failed
There's also some color flickering which isn't there when I use Instagiffer. Instagiffer hasn't been updated since 2016, but it works decently. Might be the best option so far, but it also has more color banding than some other options and it seems to be altering colors more than anything else.
