What to do so it doesn't take two hours to get accurate results back.

If I wanted to make it really complicated, I'd -
- Assign a variable to check if the player has a muscular problem. If yes, then assign another variable to provide a random chance to drop the key. If he drops it, redo the whole opening process.
- Every hole and slot that the key fits into INSIDE the keyhole will have individual checks assigned, to see if the key was inserted properly or not.
- The turning of the key in the keyhole can also be allocated various checks, with a chance to fail and a need to be restarted.
- When removing the key after a successful unlock, insert chance to jam AND insert a chance for the key to become stuck and require wiggling to remove.
- When opening the door, provide a chance for the door to jam - due to weather conditions.
- It may not swing open properly, requiring more code checks.
- If you open the door with enough force, it might swing back shut, needing a restart of the opening process.
