depends how good you are. Junior C++ sounds like "I know what C++ is but I can't use it well". So there in lies the problem. They would need to either tutor you, onboard you for a year or two, or just hit and hope that you aren't someone who only knows how to ask ChatGPT a question to get a line of code.
if you can prove you are good though, you can get a C++ job pretty easily.

There is nothing wrong with using CoPilot (except it's not that good for Unreal C++ in all honesty) but if you cannot understand enough about the code to know if it's wrong, or using a bad method, then it's a hinderance.

its slightly different than the one we get built into windows as it trains on your codebase. Any non-public style LLM that can train on your code is infinitely better than the generics most people use.

it speeds up my dev time a lot because I'm a slacker
mostly its for deep diving. I much prefer using it as a base to find information then go straight to the source for examples from Epic than to deep dive for hours only to miss something I could have found with an LLM
If I may suggest something. If you want to get better with C++ (and Unreal specific C++) I recommend a site like Codewars.com where you can learn it with micro-testing and see other people's examples in a fun testing platform you can level up with.

I understand. I quit webdev just as full stack dev was taking off. It seemed like a whole load of trouble to me for a frontend that could be done with the base tools and not have 100 advertisers code in the background sucking up the bandwidth and developer time.

These YTers have been using the same term for three years, now.
Given the unsophisticated nature of the demographic, the TONS of languages in the country, and the general lack of international knowledge, the companies that'd have the greatest chance to succeed would be Indian ones. Of course, simple shooters, like Fortnite will do just great, too.
That's for the majority. You can tap into SIGNIFICANTLY large niche markets for games like Elden Ring and Elder Scrolls, where sophisticated communities are small enough to fit 'niche', but very large compared to their foreign equivalents.
But price will always be the challenge. The lowest price (near free) wins, which makes sustained development very difficult. I imagine gacha games will be more successful.
The marketing department carries more weight here, than quality control.
