technically that also applies to warrants. self storage employees are forbidden from removing the locks placed by a tenant even if theres a warrant for it. they can lead officers to the unit and give them info on who owns it and the gate access history (if subpoenaed). but the police have to remove the lock themselves
the only time a facility employee can break a tenants lock is either if they are over 60 days late with rent, or the tenant fills out the proper forms requesting the facility remove the lock for them

PlantFactory is for modelling and generating your plant model.
PlantCatalog is Bentley's texture catalog.
And for everyone's clarity: You can use all three for your commercial projects. You cannot use PlantCatalog's textures to sell an asset separately.

I saw some dude wanted to buy the core multiplayer setup for a VR lobby system. So I advised he should do it himself as it will only take a day by combining the basic VR template and the multiplayer shooter template (which is like less than a dozen nodes of setup itself). That way when he goes on to code his own game from it, he will understand the core fundamentals of what he is working with. If he doesn't then he will write workarounds for code he doesn't understand and will inevitably lead to a bad product, wasting his time and his users.
So he insults me and tells me I know nothing. He must be right because all the people I give advice to, and have done for the last 15 years, also insult me and tell me I'm wrong. Wait. No they don't.

Perforce is the best one to use. Plastic SCM is a close second. Github for engine source is my preferred use. Tortoise isn't bad but it feels dated. Solid though.
Self-hosting Perforce is fine as long as you understand how to back up the server and restore it. That should be one of the first priorities to learn if you ask me. Learning Streams for Perforce will give you interchangable methodology with PlasticSCM, but Git is different with branches. Same idea, different implementation.
As far as integration goes, it's all the same thing once you enable it in the editor.

a strange thing happened today.

It said it cannot be used and to make a new one.
Well that's not right, so I reboot. It lets me in.
But now all my browser caches have been deleted along with passwords.
I check the event viewer to see what happened and the only thing that changed was a small windows update.

I always get aparanoid when something unusual happens to my pc. I'm very strict about safety and surfing. So aside from a few questionable (but isolated) executables in my games folder, I tend to feel secure "enough". For this to drop my cache and ask me to make a new pin smelled like a trap to me. Forcing people to insert their passwords again is a standard of social engineering methods in hacking as once you compromise the system with a keylogger, it's game over.

the only Harrington person to person combat was the Maccabeus assination, the young/summervale duels, the duel on the conclave floor, and the shootout with warneke
also maybe you could count the escape from tepes though that was more harkness and andrew than her
I have always found that almost all games which mix ship command and person command tend to do one or the other really well, but not both
