Actually my first choice was going to be the new vive focus vision, but it uses old fresnel lenses and I got recommended by a whole bunch of people this pimax crystal, it apparently has one the best visual experiences you can get now for wired PCVR and that's why went with it

from what I have read it's still compressed because the bandwidth of a USB is much lower than display port
apparently at 75Hz it's fine, but when you bump up the refresh rate the compression/quality takes a hit
I don't mind and actually wanted wired to get the best possible quality because all I will play will be seated anyways since I don't really have that much physical space
I don't really care about any of the standalone VR apps from the meta store or anything, I primarily care about PCVR/steamvr
with 2880 x 2880 resolution per eye this 4090 will get put to work 😆

Been fine tuning my curve for a while, I found out that I prefer fast sens, but I like having a really slow "space" of my aim for precise shots
So this is what this curve is, really slow at low velocity but ramps up quickly to very high sens
Before I tried mouse acceleration I didn't think it would feel this natural to play with it
Like it took my brain like 2 minutes to get used to slow movements resulting in much lower sens and faster movements in much higher sens

It's in degrees and It pretty much rotates/offsets the forward axis of your mouse
In my case I hold the mouse on an angle (feels comfortable, I slant the keyboard as well) and this rotation allows me to correct for that, so with the 10 degrees offset I can still move the mouse on that angle straight up on the mousepad and the cursor (camera) will go straight up as well instead of to the side like it normally would

I normally don't post my own videos, but this game was made in Unreal Engine 5 and is a demo. I thought maybe devs would like to see how UE 5 performs with actual game titles.
So, you can YouTube the title - Andar Plays - Something for 30 - Ep 28 - Deadzone: Rogue - and see how the game performs with max settings. I am playing with a 7800x3D CPU and 4060Ti 16GB GPU.
2:28 - Everything set to max - EPIC settings, with RTX and Lumen enabled.
37:33 - Everything set to high - RTX off (by High settings default) and Lumen enabled (performance mode).
20:17 - My face gets stomped by a giant robot. For giggles.
