Especially in an oversaturated market of free games and mobile games. If you make a truly gripping game like Wordle or Sudoku or something, then sure. Simple works. He used a realtime hardware camera with built in engine in that case though, so he could see it update in realtime with camera movement
well the realtime part of unreal is where it's power lies. All production starts with pre-production and storyboarding. Unreal can test out scenes, effects, etc all in realtime as you design. Then when you need to bump it upto production scale it's got the capability there too. If you wanted offline rendering, it can do that but it's best done in other apps for hollywood level I believe at this point. However the path tracing and raytracing parts of Unreal are there. It's mostly that other apps have specific workflows that Unreal doesn't have yet.

We have USD format now for full scene transfer and Material X for shaders etc. Camera setups are all pretty much transferrable by splines, post process effects are usually shader based so go with material X or if they are otherwise handled, I'm sure USD has something for it.

The one key advantage to it is retention, but if it doesn't hit the mark then it will become something that annoys people into leaving. After the clunkiness of the Necropolis materials, this looks like a way cleaner league for your stash though.

I used to use Wordpress but I found it bloated and the templates were a pain to make what you needed sometimes. So I wrote my own simple CMS based on the best elements of Wordpress with a plugin system. However that was over 15 years ago so when I recently came to need a quick templated site as a temp fix, I went with Wordpress. I found it feels less bloated or I'm more used to that kind of thing. I dunno. It's not something I enjoy using though.

5x optical zoom and digital zoom beyond that
That 5x gets you a good chunk of the way there that's why at even 40x it still looks good
Since 10x from 5x optical is just 2x digital, 3x and you are at 20x zoom
