So.... considering I haven't drank milk for at least like 14 years (lactose intolerant) I decided to try taking calcium supplements
Within the last month of taking it my muscle twitching I've had for years almost completely went away, I don't get dizzy (and tunnel vision) when standing up quickly, I don't feel my heart in my chest like someone is punching me when I do anything phsyically intensive anymore and my anxiety reduced by at least 75% in intensity (I noticed it because I started doing things without thinking that I would have avoided earlier)
So... in conclusion it looks like I had a pretty severe lack of calcium 
and everything I experienced and listed here is indeed a symptom of hypocalcemia

The problem is few people keep track of their numbers. How many people do you know who do regular blood tests, say once in three to six months, track their nutrient levels, and then adjust their diets accordingly?
I remember doing it once and it did wonders for me. But thereafter, I haven't checked my numbers again.
It's a pretty involved process, although it isn't difficult, and I assume most people simply don't have the time to learn and the time to make all those changes.

I think it's taking advantage of NVidia's local shader cache storage.
You can set it in the NVidia settings and it stores the compiled shaders for quick loading later.

I am a n00b with the details, BUT I think it's some Nvidia magic to store whatever it usually streams during the game, so that it can be loaded even faster.
Let me ask CoPilot. One second.
Who's machine crashed the game? Even on my GTX 970M, it finished compiling the shaders pretty quickly.

Personally, I think ayurveda is fine to correct nutritional deficiencies. Other than that, it really depends on whether the doctor is super-skilled and those are rare and few between.
The ergonomic chairs, I think, are a lot of marketing hype. The problem is you naturally tend to relax and slump in a chair. On a stool, you're more aware of that fact and if you care about your future health, you'll straighten up pronto.

Over here, we have these comprehensive blood tests, where they stab you once and don't kill you, then give you around seven pages of data, covering everything from potassium to nuclear plutonium and they even tell you whether or not you have blood.
So, you get a TON of information for the price of just one stab. It's quite economical and detailed.

Yeah, and no. The stab might be one, but the vials are few. Most importantly, not all ingredients can be obtained by this. For example, the magnesium while reported has nearly zero relevance to whether you get enough or not. And is one of the most common elements missing from people.

I think I did it twice for myself. The first was when I set up my diet - according to the Stanford blood group-food classification table - and decided my exercise routine with my trainers' help. The second was after a considerable amount of time to check the results of all the changes.
After all that, I've felt great. I do keep a Potassium and Magnesium powder supplement, specifically geared towards gym-goers, handy. What with the high temperatures and gym work, plus cardio, I need it for a quick-y boost.
The biggest differences were however seen in my mum's results. We brought her cholesterol and blood sugar levels from border-line excess to completely normal. I credit our diet changes for that. In my case, the changes were smaller, but I felt great.
I wish they'd get those nanites developed and approved. I want a real-time report of my vitals and robot-powered adjustment facilities.

this is where my question comes in, if people would be interested in a copilot like plugin (free) that hooks up to their locally running LLM they can run for cheaply (because I have the necessary systems from deja already in place for it, just need to repurpose it)
