Region wealth is what you use for all your region's transactions, including at the trading post. When you buy livestock and trade, you use that region's wealth only. Each region's available cash is what you see in the top-left-hand side stat bar.
From EVERY region's wealth, your individual manor houses steal/coerce/force land tax payments and tithes. The tithes increase your influence and the taxes your personal retirement fund... er, treasury.

Fujis look more balanced to me here. Sometimes that Vivo appears more correct, but it looses on reproduction in certain scenarios. That what is interesting with the reproduction, there is never "best", but there is definitely "just bad".
The Xiamoi looks too much keeping the shadows and suppressing the highlights. Which might be beneficial in many scenarios.

The phones always use some integrated post processing and it includes HDR.
