It is not so hard iirc. You download a zip, then download a mod which contains some INIs for that zip.

It matters, but not always. When there are overwriting records, defined by their mod order, the last one takes effect. Some are auto merged by the engine, but most - not.

An example is, you install some mod making better blood textures, but then there is another mod which touches the sound of the hits. Both touch the same record and is up to you decide whether you want to keep the one, or the other, or to choose how to combine them.

i was in the pro bodybuilding scene for awhile. let me tell you bulking up hardcore like maybe 6k calories a day alone is pretty hard, ESPECIALLY when eating clean. eating like crap sure you can do but then you always have a brick in your stomach

and your blood sugar probably skyrockted

A lot of body builders and especially the ones competing are terribly unhealthy, more than an average person

A large majority of them end up with heart related issues, from coronary artery disease (from the garbage they are eating to intentionally gain weight) to just all the strain on the heart. All their excess muscle requires blood/oxygen, so even at rest their hearts have to pump like maniacs

(not in this specific case just saying in general, for the muscle part you have to be on steroids to gain unhealthy amount of muscle)

Actually this is just a stupid trap post. Excluding the dumb username, 15000 calories are 15kcal. Average human eats 2000kcal. Which means you get to eat almost nothing for the day.
