This is probably just me and the fact that I JUST STARTED playing the game, but Diablo 4 doesn't seem 'Diablo' to me. The atmosphere isn't as dark and foreboding. The graphics seem 'clearer' and different from the prequels. I saw it the other day.
Some the scenes were quite good, actually.
I thought the scene where Muad'dib declares his duchy of Arrakis to the Fremen was particularly well done. The final scene in Arrakeen was better than in the other Dune movies, too.

The main difference between Villeneuve's Dune and the others, I think, is that it's closer to realism than fiction in how it depicts the novel.
