There's space combat and space flight, but I know what you mean.
There are mods that let you fly between planets and systems manually.
One of them is more immersive, in that it gives you buildable engines that let you travel between planets manually. The other one just makes manual travel possible without any add-ons to your ship. It's also the 'possibly buggier' of the two.

i once tried racing using one of those super expensive racing setups where the wheel and the paddles has a motor to give you that realistic feel of resistance in sharp turns and rough terrain and such and oh man it's super easy to forgot your self on one!

Palworlds is okay, but at the moment, the devs are relying wholly on the novelty factor of abusing Pokemon to carry the game. The survival aspects need work and the Pokemon AI is a bit buggy. There're some QoL features that I'd consider common sense and ought to have been included.
They have something going on here, though. It could be a GOOD game, eventually.
