Gameplay is bad. You know what you get to do outside of quests? It's got dungeons. End-game content? Those same exact dungeons with dumbass modifiers like "all elites freeze you when they hit you". Season 1 seasonal content? Same thing just under a different name. Builds? If it ain't gonna consistently apply vulnerable, it's never gonna work. Also, "we noticed people are building cooldown reduction in every build because waiting on cooldowns sucks, so we're going to nerf cooldown reduction but leave ability cooldowns untouched." Resistances? They've known they've been dysfunctional since launch but that didn't get fixed till last month.

The rifts were one of the biggest things that I think we wanted to take away. We heard a lot of feedback from players that it seemed pretty tedious after a while, so we wanted to introduce the objective of Nightmare Dungeons...
From an interview with their game director and dungeon producer. Because their proc-gen increasing-difficulty dungeon game mode (greater rifts) was deemed tedious after a while, they decided to remove the proc-gen portion. So now you get to run the same exact dungeons with the same exact enemy spawns and the same exact objectives 
So instead of "Here's a proc-gen dungeon, kill shit as fast as you can then kill the boss"
You get "Here's a dungeon you've run a dozen times. Now do this lil objective where you have to carry this box from point A to point B 3 times to open a door to fight a boss"

You basically put simple meshes with a suffix (or was it prefix) and reimport back.

they calculate the total cost of ownership over 5 years of use, based on that divided by some factor they give the car a category, which category you get is determined by your level, e.g. the senior level I am now is allowed a category 11, the A3 I drive now is a cat 10. They take the category and multiply it by some factor to calculate yearly cost and then you get this as mobility budget to spend. I think cat 10 is considered 500 gross per month, and cat 11 is 550. So since I've been driving a cat10 while I was entitled to a cat 11 I'll be getting back 50 * 12 euros in my mobility budget.
If I upgrade to a cat 12, the ioniq balance, then I would have a deficit in my mobility budget, so they take like the 50 gross per month back
but if I got that paid as wage, after taxes it would be more like 25 euros
