After some time the dude got bored and left.

i really liked fo3. especially post main game, the dlc's did a really good job of making the world feel alive.
fnv was a huge improvement for me in many ways, the story telling, weapons, side quests were much better for instance, but the environment and "alive"ness of the world was a bit lacking

fo4 was fun too. I certainly enjoyed the new crafting, and the dlc's were fun too, but the world felt dead. the settlement building is the only reason i like that one so much. I use mods to compensate for everything else, which is the only reason i can still play fo4.

stuff like ocdecorator for immsersive settlement building that i can make feel really lived in, as well as greenery mods, expanded interiors, weapon mods (adding things from fo3 and fnv, like the 10mm smg, and the 9mm pistol), clothing mods, etc are all needed for me to enjoy fo4, but not the other two

the only mods i run for the other games are tale of two wastelands, and a player home mod for fo3

No. In level design I would ignore the ceiling, just like the player does. And in no circumstances should you tolerate adding a threat that climbs on the ceiling, because then the player would have to look up and see your empty ceilings.

It came out a little after cp2077 so it got lost in that noise. But yeah, its a very dystopic world so lots of drugs, gangs etc etc. You're basically trying to not fall into those traps and stay sane as much as you can

Count request. However, iirc UE is using the C runtime impl. of rand() so this is not guaranteed to report portable results across different machines.

Or versions of the runtime itself to begin with. In practice, it rarely changes.
