well if you look at D2r it is the original content. They added a graphical rendering layer so all the original content is still there. Including all the bugs like Andariel's quest and AI jank. You can even press a button and switch it back to the old graphics mode in your current resolution. But they didn't just do that. They added quality of life, a new ladder, new runewords, new charms and fixed a lot of the bugs that were causing dupes and economy breaks. I just don't see how that isn't worth £25 if you like the game. The original game cost that much 20+ years ago so its a bargain

I played this one when I was younger called Darklands, it would have to be my favourite RPG so far. It has this noterity type of feature where if you do bad things everyone nearby gets to know you and you gotta go where youre less well known, you can do good things over there and they'll like you. Its all dynamic so you can just go around the world doing good or bad, usually you die though lol

yeah, similar story where my gf works, the stuff they were using has like 4 different databases/sources, a nurse would put it into the first, then print it and give it to my gf, who would then need to manually input that same data into the other 3 apps

after 2 days she was like wtf is this and asked IT to make it integrate with each other

now she only has to enter once 🙏

but they were working like this for years prior to her working there lol
