my personal flavour of RPG is more complicated the better. So when Bethesda simplified it to the point you spend 100 hours clicking one, perhaps 2 buttons and they add things like auto-scaling monsters (like they did with Oblivion) and put in a story that frankly doesn't interest me, I can't get into it. But if you gave me something like Neverwinter Nights 2 or Divinity Original Sin, I'm in my element. I even really liked Dragon Age Inquisition and a lot of people hate that, but it had a median level of complexity and a story that actually felt like you could get immersed into it. But people will disagree on that

But the problem with instagram / youtube / video games is that they abuse this system to keep yuo feeling good playing the game. Think about how like Call of Duty sounds great when you hit someone and you get that hit marker, or the sounds that go off when you get a kill - it sounds like something you'd hear in a casino

Surprisingly really. They have subtitles for every other language in teh universe and all of those are on the release calendar. It makes it a dream to use.
