Well, that pack isn't doing anything special. You can do exactly the same yourself if you have heightmaps you can use. Hell, there are landscape stamp packs on the MP, plus the 200 pack wasn't the first of it's kind, there is a ยฃ20 pack that does the same thing.

for the stamps, using landmass is fine. The brush you are looking for is "landscape custom brush material" or something along those lines. drag a stamp into the heighmap variable and you're good to go.
