There must be an order from the court, and an investigation is required for the court. If an investigation is launched against a person, that person is aware of it.

This was considered a false report, and I had to go to the police station today for keeping the police busy unnecessarily.

Make sure you have two-step verification, it just saved me from a Chinese hacker...No idea how I got a virus on my computer because I hadn't downloaded anything around the time it was detected by Norton and it seems whatever put it on my computer is not being detected by Norton.

Also put on adblockers to suppress potentially malicious ads
Also if in doubt, test the application inside an isolated VM

fwiw without knowing what exact signature was detected in your temp folder it's pretty hard to say what that was... sometimes temp files can detect as viruses simply because there's something dodgy in a file that was part of a website and doesn't even do anything
