The most common one Ive seen is where rear end impact assist fights against lane change assist because it wants to move you safely from hitting the car infront but theres cars in the lanes beside it so it gets confused. There might be an unavoidable collision in that scenario but we cant trust the machine to make the right choice in the split second to minimise damage and injury

I do feel like part of the problem is the people who make decisions about the roads or dont keep them maintained to the level they should be. I think in a perfect world FSD would be much more achievable since we could limit the variance by having a smaller more standard set of intersections etc

We have some bits of road which are super dangerous even for humans who know the road, its just they made a special rule just for this section of road to keep costs down

The TV show is very far off from the feel of the books. It also does many things wrong and even ruins major plot points. It is supposed to be cannon to the books but I personally do not consider it so since there is a very high amount of errors to what happens in the books in the show. If you read the books you will get quite a different experience in regards to tone and atmosphere. Some of the characters will also come across as different.

After reading the books, and playing The Witcher 3, what I can say is that, even though, the game takes place after the books it is a vastly more accurate depiction of the Witcher books than the series. Everything from the landscapes, towns and villages, people and characters were made just as the books described them. Even the subtle nuances in the character's personalities are accurate in The Witcher 3 and not so in the TV show.
