So, your insurance is tied to your employer. They negotiate with the company to determine how much the employer pays and how much the employee pays.
Some companies, the employer pays more, others they don't. So, if the insurance says this plan costs $700 per employee, the employer gets to be like, "I'll pay $20 of that and the employee can pay the rest". So, the deal offered to the employee would be $680 or the employer could be like, "I'm gonna pay $600". Then your offered plan is $100 as the employee. Most companies pay as least as possible
So, anyway - lets say you have an emergency and you need to go to the hospital. Shit happens. Well - you better hope your hospital has "in-network" doctors (pretty much - doctors who accept your insurance). If not, you have to pay all out of pocket.
Now - you get to the hospital, get your service done, it is an emergency, right? Price comes after the fact. Now - let's say your service cost $2,000.
Okay, that's fine, you have insurance! Well - hope you paid up to your deductible. Pretty much - there is a limit that you have to pay before insurance will pay in. Let's say your deductible is $3,000, because that's the affordable plan for you. Well, on top of paying the insurance company every month - that $2,000 bill from your visit - that's all out of pocket expenses before the insurance even kicks in. Some plans do at least count your monthly payment towards the deductible though. I actually think most.
Once you hit that 3k deductible, the insurance pays in. So, if you have a 4k bill, you pay 3k, insurance pays the other 1k. And your deductible gets reset every year.
That's just the surface though. So, you'd figure you go to an in-network hospital, right? Well, everyone you see bills separately. And you better hope that, say the anesthesiologist, is in-network as well. Because they're each considered different. So, your physician might be in-network, but not your anesthesiologist. Maybe the surgeon is also out of network. But you went to an in-network hospital! Well, too bad, so fuckin' sad. Not to mention - the insurance also gets to determine what kind of treatment you get. Not necessarily the doctor.
It is very easy to lose track of a bill as well, because everyone you see bills separately. Hospital has their own bill, doctor, anesthesiologist, surgeon, ambulance, etc... All are separate.
#1 cause of bankruptcy in the good ol' US of A.

if you run Intel gen 12 then win11 is better than 10 because of the e-cores. In windows 10 you dont get all the core performance and often instead of using performance cores it will use e-cores only. Like when compiling Unreal. So with Win10 you need to disable ecores, which means you are running on 4 less cores. It's the only reason I would upgrade, but I'm waiting it out on 8 cores for now because im busy :/

ive had nvid break on me twice in verry short time... some gens are suck suck on both sides i guess
on a 660gtx B4 and that didnt break, on an amd now
no problems so far.. and less of the nvidia whatever its called
its a lot of things like a gamestore... and streaming software ....but none of it is any good
