I guess as an update: it was most likely the flu (test came back negative but the doc told me that was normal because of how early I came in after I started experiencing symptoms), but I'm already feeling much better today after getting through the worst of it yesterday (for what it’s worth, I also got a COVID test and that came back negative as well)
