There may be specific Japanese sites, but residentadvisor currently has 418 events listed as upcoming in Tokyo, but none in October yet. In all likeliness the shows just haven't even been announced yet, most shows are only announced a month or two in advance or maybe for the next upcoming season at best. I'm just now seeing most artists announce summer shows, so October dates are probably a few months out still
