Very grainy/bad quality issue on all games

Recently i optimized my GPU and ive got this super low quality on all my games. Ive tried many fixes and my resolution is matching with my laptop screen. I have a GTX 1660 Ti.

super easy to see on mc so i chose that its not just mc

I changed alot of settings in NVIDIA control panel but i reset it couple minutes ago and it still looks horrid and the same

I'd run DDU to fully reset everything. I'd highly suggest against all these "optimization" videos on YouTube and just leave NVCP alone if you're not sure what settings are doing.

i just finished doing my DDU and i cant change my resolution and my brightness, what should i do?

Did you download drivers like you said you would

It automatically downloaded when it rebooted out of safe mode

Instead of just basic windows drivers

I installed Geforce game ready drivers, other than that idk what else to do

My screen also flashed black and changed its scale to 175%
