PC lagging on competitive games (NOT NVIDIA)

Turn on Free sync. This is a user problem issue due to screen tearing

free sync did fix the mouse delay but it still isn't really smooth, i keep having stutters here and there with my 1% lows at 160-180+ and 0.1% lows at 40 to 60 fps. (On Valorant)

this is the hwinfo while playing valorant for 30 minutes (3 different matches and without the XMP as idk someone on reddit told me to try without xmp)

and cs2 is most likely still the same
