Usually takes multiple hard resets to run properly. #1021557074875912264 Usually Kernel 41 Event 63 comes up. I put a different PSU in the PC 1000 watt corsair, it was used and bought on Ebay. Do I need to just simply buy a new one or is something else possible going on? This has been going on for a while!
#Freezing/random restarting.

You may have provided insufficient information in your tech support post. These might be useful to include to assist with troubleshooting.
- Whether this is a desktop PC, laptop PC, or Microsoft Surface (including desktops, laptops, and tablets)
- Full CPU name (e.g. Intel Core i7-14700K)
- (Desktop only) Full motherboard name (e.g. MSI PRO B760M-A)
- RAM model, slots used, and speed (including whether XMP/EXPO is in use, if a desktop). (Find this with CPU-Z or Task Manager > Performance > Memory)
- GPU (e.g. RTX 4070)
- Model of the storage device your OS (e.g. Windows, Linux) is installed to
- Model of the storage device your game/app to be troubleshooted is installed to, if different from the OS drive
- (Desktop only) PSU model and capacity
- OS version (e.g. Windows 11 24H2. The year edition part (e.g. 24H2) is considered part of the version and should not be omitted. Similarly, for Linux distributions, include the full name of the installed release including any variant suffixes (e.g. Linux Mint 24 Cinnamon)
- (Desktop and external monitors) Monitor model, resolution, refresh rate, and cable used (e.g. HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, DVI, or USB Type-C, including mini variants where applicable)
- The game or app you are trying to run (please also specify where you get your games from like Steam/Battle.net/Xbox Game Pass)
Answering these questions might also help:
- Have you reinstalled the Nvidia drivers by removing them with DDU, and reinstalling them by downloading the drivers manually and installing them?
- Did you perform a driver rollback? If yes, by what method?
- Have you made any changes to your PC in the past few days (including but not limited to software and hardware installations)?
- Have you encountered any error codes/blue screens/graphical glitches when encountering the problem? If yes, describe steps to reproduce the problem. Please send a photo/screenshot/video of the problem here as well.
Here's System information, I'm not sure the RAM model but it looks like 16 gb. Windows 11. I'm clueless for the most part. Does this help? Yes, i've removed using DDU, Not sure what a rollback is, no major changes to the PC, no error codes besides Kernel 41 63. Usually the computer will simply freeze solid until i hard reset.
HELLO CAN ANYONE HEAR ME OUT THERE!
YOU DID NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH INFORMATION
Please post the full error codes and your PC specs here. In addition, please check "Reliability History" to show issues/error code with the PC
Oh, sorry! Lol was not saying that disrespectfully. I'm not entirely sure how to add more specs and find the full error codes. Here is some reliability history:
Oh a bluescreen?
You can install and use BluescreenView from NirSoft here: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html to determine the BlueScreen error codes and the related drivers/kernel/windows issue. Please screenshot and post the errors here.
