my old PC had GTX 1650 Super and that was barely powerful enough to run a Quest 2
assuming you also have a quest headset the device itself probably has more GPU power than your PC does

As mentioned, the GT 730 is both too slow and too old to use any form of VR, even earlier/lower power VR experiences
The absolute minimum specification is a GTX 960 or 970 depending on if reprojection warping is allowed, with a generational requirement (so the GTX 780 and 780 Ti fails even if they are faster than the 960)
actual requirements for current-generation VR experiences can be significantly higher due to higher fidelity
Nowadays probably try a standalone VR headset instead or if you prefer desktop VR, then just about every 50 series GPU likely can do it, but I'd watch out - if you have a GT 730 in the first place, your computer's CPU might be another thing to check.
