Driver stuck at 99% going at 0 bps in the app

i have a 4060 and just fresh installed my drivers and it still shows this

i have already downloaded my drivers and it keeps showing that its downloading it. ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it hasent done anything

im not trying to install them again, every new driver it pops up like that

The best way is to install from the website/download link

issues may pop up updating from the Nvidia app

especially if there is a new Nvidia app version
