internet issue, ping websites > low ping/no packet loss, but websites dont load

its a dorm wifi tho if it give any hint

i hate when am not the admin cuz i gotta be talking to them to deal with it and htye take days to respond if they even gaf

This issue is unfortunately beyond the scope and help we can provide as this WiFi network does not belong to you and may have been setup with Proxy/Firewall/IP ban/Bandwidth limit by your school/university

Your only option is to use mobile/cellular data for you internet needs

Alternatively, consider moving out if you are highly dependent on internet connection/bandwidth
