60% load at 300mhz is a different beast compared to 60% load at 2000mhz

true , i was in the nvidia app and i would get different numbers on the usage than I would in task manager , I was getting like 0%-8%

i checked my sister's pc aswell cuz she has same gpu and apparently is the same for her so im guessing maybe some drivers issues , idk

I'm not surprised. GPU power is very low so it's probably just usage spikes. If you're not encountering any performance issues I'd think there's nothing wrong with it.
That said, do you use live wallpapers of any kind?

yup yup i do use wallpaper engine , i just find it weird cuz this never happened before , nothing happened with my performance i was just worried about the GPU life span you know , maybe it's something GPU driver update issues idk , ill see if next update fixes it
