Has anyone else the same problem? When I click auto tune in the Nvidia app, it enables, but for some reason it says +0 MHz. The restore button is unavailable.

Auto tuning is unavailable and may not work on laptops due to thermal/wattage/power limited constraints

Please get a desktop if you want full controls of your GPU

I got to auto tune it like 2 months ago and it worked perfectly but now it is just stuck there.
