Please help solving filter activation problem.

My setting of MPC-HC on NVIDIA is this,

And i want to activate and adjust RTX HDR indicator at full screen while playing some 4K video at MPC-HC, But when i windowed or ot fullscreen, always my Nvidia game filter is deactivated like this picture.
I tried to gey myself how to activate this, but I could not get any pattern or rule about Activation of Game filter when i just play video at MPC-HC(Sometimes it works, but most of all it doesn't work.)

How can i get activation of that indicator? Please help me.

RTX HDR != RTX Video HDR

RTX HDR as described only applies to games

But sometimes RTX HDR applies at MPC-HC and I could move point indicators of RTX HDR. What happened at that time?

either way it's probably a bit more difficult to troubleshoot features not intended to be used with regular apps

I can't get when it is work or not

Maybe I can capture my monitor screen next time when my MPC player is applied to NVIDIA game filter

Can I do that?
