Open Device Manager and, without touching anything including expanding or collapsing, screenshot that window. Post it here.
Open Task Manager, go to Performance, go to Memory, and screenshot that window. Post it here.
Then go to the disk drive containing your system drive. Screenshot that window, Post it here.
Then finally, go to the disk drive containing your games, if different. Screenshot that window. Post it here.

You forgot to enable XMP. Go to the BIOS and enable that first.
how do i go 2 my bios im sorry im a burger 😭
Your SSD also appears to be overloaded earlier but for now let's deal with the RAM
What motherboard? (Check the Mainboard tab)
Restart your computer. Mash DEL until the BIOS shows up. Look at the top left corner for something akin to this:
Then look for the Memory Profile 1
Let me know if it looks different
Once you select that XMP profile, save and exit (restart)
Click the "1" box next to XMP under "Profile"
i did
OK. Now press X at the topright corner.
Save and restart.
You may need to wait for the computer to retrain the memory
which may cause a longer than usual black screen
Wait until Windows start back on
Yes
Once windows fully restarts, check Task Manager again. What does it say now?
here it shows disabled i thought u said i need to have it enabled
or do i just click yes its fine
No, this means "This setting will change from [Disabled] to [Using profile 1]"
So click Yes
Alright. Now, retest your games. Are you getting your intended frame rate?
ill try now one sec
i played 1 match nd the frames r unfortunately still hanging around the 100 frame mark barely going over 100 on all low settings even the settings that can just be turned off are off
Run 3DMark's suggested benchmark and post the results here.
