im literally peaking at 90 fps on all low in game settings with a i9 14900KF nd a 5070 ti why i upgraded to this pc a few months ago nd its running games worse than my 2070 super did

Restart your computer. Mash DEL until the BIOS shows up. Look at the top left corner for something akin to this:
Then look for the Memory Profile 1
Let me know if it looks different
Once you select that XMP profile, save and exit (restart)

Click the "1" box next to XMP under "Profile"
