Yes, I can, but that's not the point. I play on everything medium, textures ultra, render 100-110, and dx11e. But I want to try it on ultra, like in other games

I had around 60 fps on most games then after I disabled V-Sync, it boosted up to 500-600

It's actually extremely relevant if the game ends up having settings that don't work properly. For the time being, try some testing - go back to your original settings, then check each "ultra" setting individually until you get these hitches back
