I set all the correct parameters and even the file information says that the recording was made at 60-120 fps, but in reality it broadcasts at 20-30 maximum. What should I do?

"broadcast" might be an incorrect term; did you mean "playback"?

Upload the video file here, or any cloud that allows sharing of links (including but not limited to OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.)

Need to check the original video to determine what went wrong

Do not upload to video sharing sites such as YouTube as it will recompress the video, ruining the entire point.

(If you were wondering why, it's because the file metadata will ALWAYS say 60/120FPS even if actual rate is lower for ShadowPlay)
