#Screen Glitching Complicated

My screen glitches/thin white horizontal bars appear all over my screen but when i turn on HDR or turn off my monitor (via the control that came with it ) the glitching effect dissappears. Its been happening for around 3 months now and i've always updated my 4070 to the newest drivers. Every time i turn on my pc i turn on hdr then turn it off since its the only way to get rid of it. Any help is appreciated!

Update, i tinkered around and installed all the software for the monitor and got it to the lastest drivers

turning on HDR then turning it off doesn't seem to work anymore

I can only fix it by turning off the monitor

If the horizontal bars appear on your monitor but not on the recording, it's more likely your monitor panel is faulty

You need to send it for RMA or replace it

Can you take a video with your phone? I'm having a similar issue and you're the first person I've seen to also have it. Perhaps we can compare some things if it's the same issue I'm having.
