Now, see what happens when your screen percentage is reduced to 50% to minimize GPU bottlenecks, and rerun the benchmark.
I'm suspecting your CPU is slow enough to cause the GPU to not be able to run as fast as it probably could for this particular game, but note that you're still above 60 FPS most of the time.
The linked tests are with the fastest CPUs you could buy
After the bench finishes again, show it. Then exit the benchmark, and while we're at it, also check GPU-Z
