My FPS is very bad

Here's what I've referred to, before posting this and also it's worse for every game, as in, it's always way less than what it is shown in these pictures even with DLSS turned on, it's nowhere close to the said frame rates

In battery mode I get like unplayable fps in every game

After installing HWINFO, run it. It should pop a window on what mode to load. Tick "sensors-only" and let it finish starting.
