This appears to be your only post and you have joined the server today, and you did not attach an image of any relevance.

If you are serious: no. You need a new PC, but as you can't afford to buy anything made in this decade, there's not much we can do other than cloud gaming. You can refer to #partners-and-links for GeForce Now help if you need that.

If you aren't, there's not much else to it, then

I mostly just play minecraft, roblox, brawlhalla I would love to play rocket league tho

#

I also want to run mods in mc so I think I'll get more ram

#

I was thinking about getting a 300w or 400w power supply

If you have a need to replace the power supply, make sure that it can function with what the HP motherboard expects

Not much you can do with the CPU (no upgrade path)

If you somehow haven't gotten the system to a proper dual channel config, please do so. Use a pair of 2x4GB or 2x8GB. (This will incur additional cost.)

The Radeon 200 series GPUs are long EOL.

The 750 Ti may work, but it's also very old and hardware condition may be suspect, but at this point it's either that, or...

A GDDR5 version of the GT 1030 can work, too. Same for a low power 1050.

The fastest consumer GPU you can buy without requiring external power? 3050 6GB (but can be costly if new)

If you have an income I'd leave the PC as is and get more budget first.

If not then do consider the above.

GTX 1050

Keep in mind that your choices are extremely limited as is due to the extremely low budget
