#All Monitors going black and gpu voltage hitting zero

When I play high load games (vrchat, deadlock, automate it, monster hunter) my 3080TI crashes and will black screen every monitor but audio is still working thru the pc ive replaced the ram, psu, cpu, and motherboard.

2x32gb ddr5 vengence
Intel Ultra 7 265K

I used GPU-Z to log the gpu crash and found that it kinda just stops workin and the gpu voltage will drop to zero.

the 02:36:08 Crash is the one I was able to recreate and then I left the pc running to log anything strange

I do also notice a 800mhz drop in clock speed during the crash

But a 98% spike in gpu load at the same time

  • Windows Version (Please also state the Windows version as well, such as 23H2 or 24H2, etc.)
  • Monitor model, resolution, refresh rate and cable used (HDMI or DisplayPort)
  • Apps & games you are trying to run (Please also specify where you get your games from like Steam/Battle.net/Xbox Game pass)

In addition to the following specs, we would like you to answer the following questions:

  • Have you reinstalled the Nvidia Drivers by removing them with DDU and reinstalling them by downloading the drivers manually and installing them?
  • Have you made any changes to your PC/Laptop in the past few days (such as software/hardware install)?
  • Have you encountered any error codes/bluescreens/graphical glitches when encountering the problem? Describe steps to reproduce the problem. Please send a photo/screenshot/video of the problem here as well.

i dont think its a monitor issue since i have 3 monitors + a index headset and all of them will black out but my power supply is a 1000w gold

sorry im not home at the current moment but ones a dell ones msi 144hz and the last one is a huion graphics tablet
