I did read and I dont think the post fr tells me how to even get to DWM
unless hes talking abt presetmon
but he talks abt it like its some app that tests DMW not a app that can alter it or wtv

You don't need to "get to DWM". You only need to restart DWM after applying the tweak.
By definition, a computer restart also restarts DWM

The fix: You can manually add the OverlayMinFPS key as a DWORD (32-bit) value with RegEdit or save and run the following as dwm_mpo_fix.reg. Afterward in Task Manager, end the task for Desktop Window Manager. It will auto restart on its own.

"OverlayMinFPS"=dword:00000000```- Open regedit.exe (Start > type in "regedit", then select "Registry Editor")
- Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm"
- Add a key here, a DWORD, name it "OverlayMinFPS"
- Make sure its value is 0
- Exit registry editor and restart your PC.
Any tearing in browsers and Discord should not appear anymore after this
