Please ensure you have the supported product installed on your PC before installing. The code redemption requires checks and verification that the correct GPU is installed before redemption though Nvidia app.

When did you buy the card, and where?

If your card was bought earlier than the bundle start date, you may need to get some from your retailer to see if they can retroactively give you it or give an equivalent refund in cash
Some retailers do not participate. Contact NVIDIA in this case, if your card was bought in date
