#GPU just showing black screen after trying to download 576.15 driver

I just built my PC but it said that there is no GPU driver installed on the NVIDIA app even though there was so i tried to download the new NVIDIA 576.15 but halfway through the install the screen turned black. I waited about 30 mins just in case and then powered off my PC since nothing changed and now my PC will not display anything at all.

It works fine when i connect my DP to my motherboard instead of my GPU so i then tried to download the 576.02 driver off the NVIDIA app to which it still says "No driver installed" whilst also now saying that 576.02 is my previously installed driver somehow and no matter how many times i try to download it, it will complete but still say "No driver installed". I cannot roll my drivers back in the NVIDIA app and on Device Manager it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" on my RTX 5080 properties.

Anyone know how i can fix this problem at all because i've tried everything

If you encounter Code 43 within the Device Status of your GPU in your Device manager, it means that your GPU has encountered a severe hardware issue and your GPU is dead. Code 43 is equivalent to a hardware failure such as the “Yellow Light Of Death” on the PS3 or “Red Ring Of Death” on the Xbox 360 and requires a GPU chip replacement.

If your GPU or laptop is still covered under warranty, please send the device for RMA/Warranty for a replacement. If your GPU or laptop is no longer covered under warranty, you will need to buy a new GPU or a new laptop.
